Yesterday, I chose to ride my bike in 102-degree weather. I didn’t have to. I could’ve called someone, hopped in a car, kicked back in AC. But I didn’t. Not because I like sweating through my clothes—but because I know what’s on the other side of discomfort. Strength. Resilience. Grit.
And too many people are missing it.
