We’ve all heard it: “Live in the moment.”
Be present. Be mindful. Enjoy the now.

And yes—I get it. There’s value in being here.
But lately, I’ve been wondering…
What if living in the now is actually what’s holding us back?

That thought hit me after reading a post by Path of Stoicism (Read Here)

In one of the articles, Path of Stoicism broke down a concept I haven’t stopped thinking about:
Urgent vs. Important.

Urgent: Checking emails. Responding to texts. Putting out little fires.
Important: Moving your body. Building resilience. Investing in your mindset. Resting.

Here’s the kicker:
Urgent things scream at you.
Important things whisper.
